There is NO SALT and NO ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES in our dehydrated doggy treats.

As we do not use any artificial preservatives, our treats are meant to be consumed by your pooch as soon as they are received. If kept sealed in our original packaging, the treats should keep for 3 weeks in the freezer. Once opened, we can no longer guarantee the lifespan of the treats.

All treats are packaged in sealed clear plastic bags in increments of 50 grams for your convenience. We are flexible in our packaging size, so do let us know in your order if you require alternative packaging.

Orders can be made via email to pinkypawsmail@yahoo.com.sg. Please state the flavour and amount you require. If your pooch has allergies or sensitivities to certain food products or ingredients, do let us know as well so that we can advise you on the best treat for your pooch.

Payment details will be advised through email once you have confirmed your order. As we are a niche speciality treat maker, we do not keep stock of our lovingly-made treats so we require a lead-time of approximately one week to process your order and to send it to you.

For orders less than $50, delivery will be by normal post provided by Singapore Post and we will bear all postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any loss through the postal system once your order has been sent. For orders $50 and above, free delivery to your preferred location will be provided.

Besides being indulgent, our treats are made from fresh quality ingredients that are purchased and prepared only when you place your order to maintain the highest standards of taste and freshness. Therefore, we are a truly niche speciality treat maker.

We also welcome enquiries and requests for custom-made treats to suit your every need. Feel free to request special flavours, ingredients, shapes and sizes. We are currently making training treats that are well-received by both amateur dog training enthusiasts and professionals.

We also believe in giving you the best value possible and are constantly seeking out new ways of serving you better. All orders below S$50 will be mailed to you through our trusty Singapore Postal Service. For orders above $50, delivery to your preferred location will be provided. All postage and delivery costs will be borne by us.

We do seek your kind understanding for our current terms of payment and delivery as we are a humble little operation which prefers to concentrate on putting tender loving care into every lil' treat we make rather than transferring unnecessary costs to you.
